CHECK-IN
Rooms are available for check-in between 12:30 PM and 9:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed with the facility. Please communicate your arrival time at least in the morning of the same day.
Upon arrival, you will be required to present an identity document for registration and payment of your booked stay.
The price includes use of the room, private bathroom, breakfast, bed linens and towels, use of the TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Linen changes and additional cleaning are not included in the price.
CHECK-OUT
Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 AM. Keys must be handed over to the reception staff.
We offer free luggage storage until your departure time.
Any damage or malfunctions must be reported to avoid subsequent charges.
Late check-outs may incur additional charges.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM. Guests are asked to report any food intolerances at check-in.
The preparation and consumption of meals in the rooms are prohibited, as is the use of the kitchen and dishes unless specifically agreed.
GENERAL RULES
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in enclosed rooms and common areas. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
Silence: Respect for the silence bands between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM and between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM is required.
Pets: Small and medium-sized animals are allowed for a supplement of 5 euros per day. They cannot be left alone in the rooms. Any damage caused by animals will be charged.
Damage and liability: Guests are responsible for any damage done to the structure and for items missing at the end of the stay.
Personal Items: The property is not liable for theft or damage to guests' personal items.
